Quick Bio
As a financial coach and writer with over 20 years of experience, I help people navigate their money with confidence and clarity. I hold an MBA and a BA in economics, and I’m currently a candidate for the Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC®) designation. My approach is down-to-earth and jargon-free, focusing on practical budgeting, debt reduction, and improving credit. I also help clients navigate employment transitions, maximize employee benefits, prepare for homeownership, and plan for retirement.
Approach
I take a relationship-first approach to personal finance. Before numbers or strategies, I focus on understanding how someone thinks about money—their habits, priorities, and past experiences—because that’s what ultimately drives decisions. From there, I help build simple, practical systems around spending, saving, and planning that fit their real life. The goal is to create clarity and confidence, so clients can make informed choices and feel more in control of their financial lives.
FUN FACT
I’m a big fan of downhill skiing—anything that gets me outside and moving. When I’m not on the slopes, I’m usually adding to my hummingbird garden or hanging out with my Corgi, Lucy.
